Thank you for your participation with this project. At the bottom of this page you will find a form for submitting your data. For each county we would like to answer the following questions.
1. Does your county have:
- a coroner
- a medical examiner
- another county officer who handles unidentified bodies
- none of the above
2. If your county has an ME or coroner, please include the person’s name, title, and contact information (phone, address, and/or website if available).
3. Does your county handle its own unidentified bodies or does it receive help from another county or jurisdiction?
4. What is your county’s unidentified body case load by year, from 2000 to the present or as complete as possible?
Please include your contact information too so we can give you credit for your contribution. A county will turn yellow once we receive your submission, that particular county will turn yellow. Once the data is confirmed, it will turn green. You can contribute as many counties as you wish.
